Your confidentiality is important to me, so please be assured that you can leave a message, either by email or telephone

A session is 50 minutes and costs £70

How many sessions will I need?
That very much depends on your needs and how you feel about the issues you may have. For some people only a few sessions are required to provide the focus they need to move on. For others a longer term relationship is right, where continuous support and encouragement is more appropriate. Ultimately it is up to you to decide what is right for you, however it is helpful for us to decide a mutually agreeable close date.
Are sessions weekly or more regular?
Sessions are usually weekly as that gives both of us the time to work on what we have discussed. However frequency is something we can discuss when we meet.
