What is counselling and how can it help?

If you are struggling with emotional distress, counselling can provide a safe, confidential service where unwelcome life changes, feelings of anxiety or depression can be discussed. The counselling relationship provides the emotional support where you can freely express your feelings and find better ways of managing them.

Counselling is a collaborative effort between yourself and the counsellor. The Counsellor can help you look at the issues in your life and enable you to discover the right direction for yourself. Everyone has their own strengths, which can be harnessed to move you in the right direction to fulfill your own challenges
